To encourage customers to start thinking more about their water we turned a range of complicated discounts into simple, transparent attractive bundles. And we transformed Business Stream’s brand icon (Howie) into a superhero and all-round customer champion. By using personality and humour, our direct marketing campaign achieved real cut through in a notoriously tricky market, and the resulting campaign was Business Stream’s most successful ever.
