Health and safety legislation can feel like a nightmare for employers, especially for SMEs who have limited resources to devote to it. Our work for NHS Health Scotland shows how strong, relevant concepts stand out and prompt response, even with a resistant audience. It hit the right tone, and, coupled with the right strategy and profiling, it prompted a response of over 30%. An exceptional result.
Latest results indicate that 30.1% of targets requested our Starter Pack; of those responding, 48.5% opted in for further communications, converting from cold to warm. It means that around 10,000 new businesses are taking steps to make their workplaces safer and promote the wellbeing of employees across Scotland.
