A NEW OUTLOOK FOR VELUX

Following a competitive pitch in 2012, we were appointed by VELUX to launch their first product for the commercial market – VELUX Modular Skylights (VMS). We built a bespoke architect’s database to create a single customer view and used data segmentation to target architects operating in the commercial sector. The campaign was highly incentivised to encourage data collection which has formed the basis of the ongoing programme. High quality production methods were used throughout.
