Account Manager

We’re looking for an Account Manager to be the bridge between our clients and us. You’ll be fluent in keeping clients happy and go that little bit further to solve tough asks and client curveballs.

We’re a fast-paced agency with tight turnarounds, so you’ll be up our street if you’re go-getting, reliable and an on-the-hoof thinker. That said, our ‘office’ (currently virtual) is relaxed, supportive and full of welcoming faces.

With lots of projects on the go at once, you’ll also need to be bright and an always-on-top-of-things type. You’ll be responsible for making sure projects are on brand and on time, so an eye for detail and design is a must-have.

Some of the things you'll be doing:

  • ensuring the smooth running of your client accounts
  • organising client briefings and presentations
  • working with our award-winning creative team to produce brilliant, effective work
  • working with internal teams and external suppliers
  • financial management – estimating, quoting, and invoicing
  • time management – creation of timing plans to meet client deadlines
  • documenting project progress – status reports, contact reports etc.

 

This is a role for those who like the agency buzz. You will be a natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail, bringing bucketloads of enthusiasm and initiative – plus a sharp commercial focus.

The role has the potential to be fully remote, and is on a six-month temporary basis to start with. Salary is negotiable, dependent on experience.
