We’re delighted to announce we’ve been appointed by VisitScotland following a competitive tender to refresh their UK customer segmentation. The segmentation sits at the heart of the organisation’s marketing strategy and is a key resource for both VisitScotland and the wider tourism industry in Scotland. We’ll deliver this in partnership with Union Data, our sister data analytics company and research pattern 56 degree insight. This latest project marks a return to working with the team at VisitScotland having previously been responsible for delivering their relationship marketing programme for over 10 years.
